All B Free US orders ship from our warehouse in Oklahoma. We design and develop our products in Australia — but every online order placed on bfreeusa.com is dispatched directly from Oklahoma, so you never have to wait for international shipping.
Dispatch is typically 1-3 business days depending on order volume. Delivery across the USA takes 3-5 business days after dispatch. If you need to return an item, returns also go back to our Oklahoma warehouse.
On the rare occasion a style sells out in Oklahoma, we replenish stock within 5 business days so you won't be waiting long.
B Free bras are made on Italian Santoni seamless circular machinery with engineered support zones knitted directly into the fabric. Unlike traditional bras that rely on underwire, our seamless knitting technology builds compression and lift into the cup itself — giving you all-day comfort without any digging, poking or discomfort. Our wire-free bras are suitable for everyday wear, travel, sport, large busts, post-surgery and maternity.
We understand that underwear and bras fit differently for every woman. What feels perfect for one woman may feel too loose or too firm for another — and that is completely normal. That is exactly why we offer return insurance at checkout for just $3.98. For a small one-off fee you get unlimited free returns on your order, giving you complete peace of mind to try your B Free garments at home. If the fit is not right, simply return or exchange — no stress, no cost.
Our standard return policy also allows exchanges and store credit within 45 days for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached.
B Free ships all US orders from our warehouse in Oklahoma with delivery in 3-5 business days across the USA. We do not currently offer local pick up in the USA — but with fast dispatch from Oklahoma, most customers receive their order within a few days of placing it.
Absolutely — every B Free style is wear-tested on real women of different body shapes and sizes before it ever reaches our store. We never release a new style until we are confident it fits well and feels comfortable across a range of bodies — not just one sample size.

Our unique flexi-cup technology means one bra fits a range of cup sizes — B to DD in one style, E to H in another — making online shopping easier and reducing the chance of getting the wrong size. Yes — B Free has an extensive maternity and nursing bra collection designed specifically for pregnancy and breastfeeding. Our wire-free maternity bras provide gentle support without underwire that can restrict milk flow or cause discomfort on sensitive skin. Our nursing bras feature easy-access clips and seam-free cups that stretch with your changing body throughout pregnancy, nursing and beyond.
We recommend buying your regular dress size in B Free shapewear. There is no need to size down — our seamless circular knitting technology means the fabric will hug and contour your body naturally without seams sitting in the wrong place. However if you prefer a firmer, tighter compression feel you can size down — and because there are no side seams, the garment will still sit smoothly on your body. Please note that a small number of B Free shapewear styles do include seams, so always check the product description before sizing down.
B Free uses only premium quality yarns on Italian seamless machinery for a luxuriously smooth finish. Our fabrics include viscose made from bamboo for silky softness, organic cotton for sensitive skin, cotton-elastane blends for the perfect stretch, and silky microfibre for a second-skin feel. Our 100% cotton underwear was developed specifically for women who experience skin rashes or sensitivities from synthetic or elastane-containing fabrics. Because it contains no elastane, it is extremely lightweight and thin — which is exactly what makes it gentle on sensitive skin.
However if you are used to underwear that feels dense and holds its shape, the 100% cotton may feel lighter than expected. For a fuller, more structured feel with the breathability of cotton, we recommend our cotton-rich range which contains elastane for stretch and recovery. If you have sensitive skin or rashes, the 100% cotton is the right choice — just know it is intentionally lightweight by design.
