Shipping Options: We offer two main shipping options to cater to your needs:
1. Standard Shipping with Australia Post:
- Affordable and reliable option.
- Track your parcel with the Australia Post tracking number sent to your email.
- 6-13 business days approximate delivery time after dispatch
2. Express Shipping with DHL:
- Premium option for fast delivery to your door.
- Orders placed are dispatched the same or next business day.
- 3-6 business days approximate delivery time after dispatch
Delivery Options and Charges: Please see options at checkout for all delivery charges. The following options are available:
- Free Standard Shipping in the USA for orders over $99. Use of discount code may void free shipping unless the total order payment is over $99.
- Free Express Shipping in the USA for orders over $189. Use of discount code may void free shipping unless the total order payment is over $189.
- $10 Standard Shipping in the USA for orders under $99.
- $25 Express Shipping in the USA for orders under $189.
In case of return, shipping fees are not refundable.
Ordering and Dispatch Times:
- Standard Shipping: Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days.
- Express Shipping: Orders are dispatched the same or next business day if placed by 1pm Melbourne time.
Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Moorabbin (3189), Victoria, Australia. Please note that orders are not dispatched on Australian public holidays.
Tracking Your Order: Once your order is placed, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your parcel through the link provided by email.
If there are significant delays and you have not received your parcel, please contact the delivery provider through your tracking link. If you have further concerns, please complete our submit a request form and select “Delivery and Shipping”.
