  • Free Express Shipping in the USA for orders over $139. Use of discount code may void free shipping unless the total order payment is over $139.

  • Free Express Shipping + Gift in the USA for orders over $189. Use of discount code may void free shipping unless the total order payment is over $189.
  • $10 Standard Shipping in the USA for orders under $89.

In case of return, shipping fees are not refundable.


Ordering and Dispatch Times:

With the high volume of orders, please see below the current estimated timelines. We apologise for the delay and suggest ordering early to give your parcel the best chance of arriving before Christmas.

  • Standard Shipping: Total dispatch and delivery time is 10-14 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Total dispatch and delivery time is 7-10 business days.

Orders are dispatched either from our warehouse in Moorabbin (3189), Australia or our warehouse in Oklahoma, USA. Please note that orders are not dispatched on Australian and US public holidays.


Tracking Your Order: Once your order is placed, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your parcel through the link provided by email.

If there are significant delays and you have not received your parcel, please contact the delivery provider through your tracking link. If you have further concerns, please complete our submit a request form and select “Delivery and Shipping”.
