To ensure that the band will give you enough support after your tummy goes down post-birth, it is recommended to buy according to your pre-pregnancy band size. While pregnant you can start wearing your nursing bra by adding an extender to add room in the band and release pressure from the top of your belly. Sizing Note: For ladies with larger busts, the padding can simply be removed and you can enjoy comfortable firm support up to an E cup. This bra is specifically designed to provide good coverage under the arm and sides of the bust for improved support, and to minimise the chance of under arm chafing without the need for an extra top.
