If you are in between sizes for the bra we suggest ordering down a size. The size S/M is designed for petite women looking for an everyday bralette with a light rib band and minimal straps; while M/L & L/XL have wider straps and a more supportive rib band for fuller-bust women.

Ordering and Dispatch Times:

With the high volume of orders, please see below the current estimated timelines. We apologise for the delay and suggest ordering early to give your parcel the best chance of arriving before Christmas.

  • Standard Shipping: Total dispatch and delivery time is 10-14 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Total dispatch and delivery time is 7-10 business days.

Orders are dispatched either from our warehouse in Moorabbin (3189), Australia or our warehouse in Oklahoma, USA. Please note that orders are not dispatched on Australian and US public holidays.


Tracking Your Order: Once your order is placed, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your parcel through the link provided by email.

If there are significant delays and you have not received your parcel, please contact the delivery provider through your tracking link. If you have further concerns, please complete our submit a request form and select “Delivery and Shipping”.
